Truly Really good Experience
clean rooms central location
The rooms were clean and well kept. I found the location central for accessing main attractions (especially since it is near shopping areas).
I was a bit disappointed that late check-out flexibility was not available. It would have greatly helped my travel plans.

efficient process elegant decor delicious meals seamless transportation
The check-in process was efficient. My room featured elegant decor. I had delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. The concierge service arranged seamless transportation options. I enjoyed the live music in the evenings at the bar. I also appreciated the fast resolution to a minor billing inquiry I raised.
The elevator wait times were occasionally longer than expected during peak hours though this never significantly impacted my schedule. It barely affected my stay.

perfect location perfect service excellent breakfast loud air conditioning hot room no late check-out
The location is perfect for accessing theaters and shopping. Breakfast service was excellent. The staff provided perfect service with genuine care. I enjoyed a Claridge's Room.
The room felt hot during the night. The air conditioning was quite loud. I found getting late check out was not possible.

inconsistent room service missed spots
The location is excellent for exploring (if you like walking).
My visit had some hiccups. The room service proved inconsistent (I ordered a club sandwich that came without the chicken). Housekeeping also missed a few spots, specifically, there was dust in the bathroom.
